User Agreement governing your use of the ApliNews app.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Aplitiq Ltd ("Aplitiq," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the ApliNews mobile application (the "App"). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.
You must be at least 16 years old to use ApliNews. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. If you do not meet this requirement, you must not access or use the App.
ApliNews is a news aggregation application. It retrieves headlines, summaries, and metadata of news articles from third-party sources (via our content provider, Webz.io) and presents them to you within the App, together with links that direct you to the original publisher's website to read the full article.
ApliNews does not author, edit, fact-check, verify, or take editorial responsibility for the third-party news content it aggregates. We display summaries and link out to original sources; we do not host or republish full articles.
The selection of content displayed to you may be personalized based on your in-app reading behavior, as described in our Privacy Policy.
ApliNews does not require you to register an account. The App identifies your device using an anonymous identifier generated automatically. Certain features, such as saved reading lists, are tied to this anonymous identifier and/or stored locally on your device.
When using the App, you agree that you will not:
News summaries, headlines, and related metadata displayed within the App originate from independent third-party publishers and are retrieved through our content aggregation provider. All such content remains the property of the respective publishers and rights holders. Our use of this content is addressed in our separate Publisher & Third-Party Content Disclaimer, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
The App contains links to third-party websites that are not owned or controlled by Aplitiq. When you tap on a news item, you will be directed to the original publisher's website, which operates independently and under its own terms of use and privacy policy. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, accuracy, privacy practices, or availability of any third-party website. Your interactions with any third-party website are solely between you and that third party.
The App itself — including its design, user interface, branding, logos, source code, and underlying technology — is the property of Aplitiq Ltd and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including Moroccan Law No. 2-00 on copyright and related rights. Except as expressly permitted by these Terms, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App.
All news content, trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property displayed within the App that originates from third-party publishers remains the exclusive property of those publishers or their respective rights holders. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to such third-party content beyond viewing it within the App as intended.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on a personal device that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
The App is supported by advertising served through Google AdMob and its mediation partners, which may include Meta Audience Network and Unity Ads. By using the App, you acknowledge and agree that advertisements will be displayed within the App. We do not endorse, and are not responsible for, the products, services, or content of any advertiser.
THE APP AND ALL CONTENT AGGREGATED OR DISPLAYED THROUGH IT ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Aplitiq disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, timeliness, and availability. We do not warrant that:
Detailed disclaimers regarding the accuracy and editorial independence of third-party news content are set out in our Publisher & Third-Party Content Disclaimer, which forms part of these Terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Aplitiq Ltd, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the App, any content obtained through the App, or any third-party website linked from the App, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Where liability cannot be fully excluded under applicable law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the App shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by such law.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Aplitiq Ltd and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the App.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App, or any part of it, at any time, with or without notice. We may also revise these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of these Terms indicates when changes were last made. Material changes will be communicated within the App where practicable. Your continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device, which will remove locally stored data associated with your device.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Morocco, unless mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in your place of residence provide otherwise.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and our Publisher & Third-Party Content Disclaimer (each incorporated by reference), constitute the entire agreement between you and Aplitiq regarding the App, and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
